Terms and Conditions – phiin
1. General
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of phiin, Zurich, Switzerland.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products & Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
The prices displayed at the time of purchase apply.
Please note: Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing your order, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded once your order has been shipped.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Shipping is handled through our logistics partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Return Notification
Returns must be registered within 7 days of receiving your order by email at:
Return Shipping
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns are handled through our logistics partner.
Please do not send any items back without registering your return first. The return address and further instructions will be provided after your return request has been submitted.
Conditions
Items can only be returned if they are:

in their original condition

with all tags attached

returned in their original packaging
Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing may take several business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Liability
phiin is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data is treated confidentially and used solely for order processing.
10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
