Shipping policy

Shipping & Returns

We ship your order within 2–4 business days. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Shipping and returns are handled by our logistics partner.

Returns must be registered within 7 days of receiving your order by email at hello@phiin.studio.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please do not send any items back without registering your return first. You will receive the return address and further instructions after submitting your return request.
